I first met Randy Kotchman thirteen years ago when he helped my son learn the fundamentals of hitting and fielding.  Because great one on one training with my son, I asked him to work with my two daughter in fast pitch softball. 

After many discussions, we found there were some similarities in both games and some differences.  With Randy's great coaching skills, he was able to adjust and learn some fast pitch techniques, later incorporating the program into  his summer camps.  Even today my daughters still depend on Randy's coaching through their high school career

Randy has an ability to coach kids of all ages through the skill level, but more importantly teach them the mental part of the game making them a more complete ball player.
